After decades of 'the grind', Al realized that his legacy resided in ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ, ๐˜ฆ๐˜น๐˜ฑ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ๐˜ด, and ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ด with my ๐˜ง๐˜ข๐˜ฎ๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜บ, not, the amount of zeros in his bank account. That, coupled with cortisol issues, and Phase 2 adrenal fatigue, was the HARD stop for him.

He developed what is known as โ€œthe 4Q Operating Systemโ„ข๏ธโ€ which is needed in order to live in the AND.

For Al that meant leading his business to the extent he wanted/needed to โ€ฆ AND be the best Father he can be, AND be the best Husband I can be, AND be the best man of God I can be๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

Al aligns with select executives and entrepreneurs, teaching them how to implement a series of systems to, simply putโ€ฆ.get it all done - leading their businesses and their families in every pillar of life.

Making adjustments, not excuses.
