Last week Google released a report called "Decoding Decisions: Making Sense of the Messy Middle". It's about understanding the complexities of the customer journey, studying purchase decision behaviour across 31 categories, at a time when e-commerce is growing as a result of COVID-19.

If you didn’t read the 100 page report, worry not! I did and that’s what I am going to summarize in this episode.
