This is IOM, the flagship podcast of giving the hosting job to your boss just see what would happen. No shock here, it was a good idea. I'm your friend, Nathan Graham, Associate Manager for Institute. Also, of no shock to you, this podcast is a window into what makes Institute possible. Our conversation today focuses on the ever-important topic of Volunteer Development. To do the conversation justice, we assembled a panel of our own volunteers: Desiree Bennyoff, IOM, CCE, ACE, of the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce, Vanessa Bennett, IOM, TNCCE, of the Kingsport Chamber, and Ashley Fearn, IOM of the Greater Washington Society of CPA's. All of this will be hosted by my boss, Senior Director of Institute, Karyn K. MacRae, IOM, CAE, CMP. Now that the pleasantries are over with, let's get onto the show.
