Cell/Mobile phones are great when you really need them.
But to exclude your family, friends, co-workers, or even strangers from contact because you're too busy living in your phone is a shame and a lost opportunity to enhance your life by learning something new.
I have seen families not talking to each other for an hour straight because they had 150% of their attention looking at their phones!
