The closest Metro station to the White House is McPherson Square (Blue, Orange, Silver lines). It's just a short 7-minute walk to the White House from there! Alternatively, Farragut West or Farragut North stations are also nearby for easy access.

While you can walk around the White House 24/7, White House tours are only available on a limited basis. Tours are typically offered Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. You must request a tour through your Member of Congress or embassy at least 3 weeks in advance.
