Start Your Transformation Now If you don’t have what you want in life and you’re not where you want to be it’s because you’re not taking ownership of your life. What is “ownership”? It’s the act, state, or right of possessing something. YOU OWN YOUR LIFE! You own the power to heal, the power to create, the power to manifest, the power to attract, the power to reflectively think and the power to create anything you want and most of us touch none of that power. [7:09] The difference between life ownership and responsibility [10:41] The power of ownership and co-creating [13:49] How you own your life and what you create [21:39] The power of commanding your mind And as you already know, a lot more. It’s such a huge thought for most people to get their minds around, but in truth you are the “soul owner” of your body and your life. As such, you have 100% dominion over your mind and body. Start Your Transformation Now In this episode of the Transform Your Life from the Inside Out podcast, Jim Fortin unpacks the single greatest force holding you back from the life you desire: fear. With powerful personal anecdotes, real coaching insights, and spiritual wisdom, Jim reveals how fear—often disguised as anger, frustration, stress, or inadequacy—secretly drives our choices, limits our growth, and blocks us from abundance and joy. Jim explains that all negative emotions stem from one source: fear. Whether you're angry in traffic, anxious about money, or afraid of being judged, you're unconsciously making fear-based decisions—and paying the price. Through clear examples and practical tools, Jim teaches how to identify the fear behind your emotions, name it, disassociate from it, and ultimately transcend it. If you're ready to stop letting fear dictate your life and finally claim the possibilities waiting on the other side, this episode is your guide to taking back your power. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: The Hidden Face of Fear (01:15) Jim explains how fear shows up disguised as anger, stress, and frustration—and how recognizing this is the first step to freedom. The Only Two Emotions That Exist (05:05) Discover why all emotions boil down to either love or fear, and how this awareness can shift your entire decision-making process. How Inauthenticity Keeps You Stuck (13:30) Learn how avoiding your fear and pretending it isn’t there creates even more suffering—and how to break free by being honest with yourself. What Fear Has Cost You (26:00) A powerful reflection to uncover how fear has limited your relationships, career, happiness, and personal growth. How to Transcend Fear, Step by Step (34:40) Jim shares his 4-part strategy to identify, name, disassociate from, and dismantle fear—so it no longer runs your life. The Bridge Between Fear and Everything You Want (45:20) Hear the powerful metaphor that ties it all together: why walking through fear is the only way to reach the life you’re meant to live. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway Everything you want exists on the other side of fear. When you recognize fear for what it truly is—just a thought, just a story—you reclaim your power. Authenticity isn’t weakness; it’s courage in motion. The moment you name your fear, confront it, and refuse to let it define you, you become free. Free to create, free to live, free to be. Start Your Transformation Now Ever wondered why you’re not getting the results you want in the gym, in your business and perhaps all the areas of your life? There could be many reasons but a huge reason is talked about in this episode, self-integrity. Are you being 100% integral with your word to yourself relative to your desired outcomes? Do you eat the way you say you’ll eat? Do you go to the gym when you say you will go? Do you lead generate for your business like you say you will? Do you do what you say you’ll do when you say you’ll do it? If you just said no to the above questions you’re going to love this episode because it’s all about self-integrity! It’s all about doing what you say you’re going to do when you say you’re going to do it. In this episode I discuss: [2:46] How you can have a 100-500% increase in your productivity when you keep your word to yourself. [7:08] How I used to lie to myself about integrity (and you probably do too). [22:44] How we speak our lives into existence. [23:12] Why not keeping your word affects your self-esteem. And, of course, much much more. Self-Integrity is VITAL to your success in any activity and according to a Harvard business professor who studies it, it’s one of the most over-looked concepts in business and life. When we’re out of self-integrity, nothing works, we keep failing over and over in many areas of life that we think are important to us. Let me rephrase the last paragraph, things work in life but they rarely work the way we want when we’re out of integrity. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway Be 100% impeccable with your word to yourself. Let’s Connect: Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, Jim Fortin reveals the one thing you must release if you truly want more from life: your emotional baggage. From guilt and fear to shame and self-judgment, Jim breaks down why clinging to these old emotions keeps you stuck at “first base” in life—safe but stagnant. Through powerful metaphors, real coaching stories, and deep subconscious insights, Jim explains how to finally let go so you can receive what your soul is really asking for. Jim dives into the neuroscience and energetics behind why we resist letting go—even when it costs us everything we want. You’ll learn how we become emotionally enslaved by past events, why our brains trick us into choosing safety over growth, and how unresolved fears block the flow of abundance, joy, and personal power. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing the inner work but still stuck, this episode will help you understand why—and what to do next. If you’re ready to stop circling the same fears and finally step into more, this episode will show you how to drop the weight and open the door to transformation. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: Why You Can’t Keep One Foot on First Base (01:12) Jim introduces a powerful metaphor that illustrates why holding on to the past blocks new opportunities. Nathan’s Story: The Cost of Holding On (05:15) A coaching example that shows how unresolved shame and guilt can sabotage progress—no matter how much we say we want change. The Furniture Metaphor: No Room for the New (11:40) Jim explains how holding on to emotional baggage leaves no space for new experiences or abundance. How Your Fears Keep Circling Like Coyotes (24:45) A vivid story to help you see how fear continues to show up until you confront and conquer it. Are You a Slave to Emotion? (22:30) Jim challenges listeners to consider whether their lives are being run by fear, shame, or the need for external validation. Your Soul Is Waiting—Let It Out (20:30) A reminder that soulful living requires courage, not comfort—and that everything you want lies beyond fear. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You can’t have more in life until you let go of what’s weighing you down. Transformation isn’t about gaining—it’s about releasing. Fear, shame, guilt, and self-judgment don’t define you—they delay you. Let go to let in. You were never meant to carry the past forever. The life you want is already waiting… if you have the courage to put down what’s holding you back and reach for it. Let’s Connect: Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Start Your Transformation Now Q&A: Why do I keep struggling with commitment and quitting on myself? Start Your Transformation Now Are you stuck trying to “figure life out” before taking your next step? In this episode, Jim Fortin unpacks the illusion behind this common mindset and reveals why overthinking keeps so many people trapped in a cycle of confusion, frustration, and inaction. Through real-life stories and his own experience, Jim explains why waiting for clarity often leads nowhere—and how taking inspired action is the true path to freedom and fulfillment. Jim explores the psychological trap of needing all the answers before moving forward, a mindset that holds countless people in place. He introduces a powerful shift: clarity doesn’t come before action—it comes because of it. Whether you’re trying to make a big life move or simply feel stuck, this episode offers the key to break free from the paradox and reclaim your momentum. If you’ve spent far too long trying to think your way to clarity, this episode is the wake-up call to stop overthinking and start living. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: Why Trying to “Figure It Out” Doesn’t Work (01:05) Jim explains why most people stay stuck not because they can’t move, but because they believe they need all the answers before doing so. John’s Story: The Paralysis of Overthinking (03:00) A powerful example of how overthinking—and the need for certainty—can keep someone stagnant for years. The Real Solution: Action Creates Clarity (06:45) Jim shares the philosophy “something leads to something” and shows how taking any action can unlock new opportunities and awareness. How to Make Calculated, Inspired Risks (10:30) Jim contrasts reckless risk with intuitive, aligned decision-making—and how to know the difference. When Analytical Thinking Becomes the Enemy (17:50) A discussion on why too much thinking actually blocks intuition, inspiration, and growth. The Heart-Led Way to Move Forward (23:40) Jim introduces a more effective approach to decision-making—one guided by joy, peace, and your inner knowing. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You don’t need to “figure it all out” to start moving forward. In fact, the longer you wait for perfect clarity, the further you drift from the life you want. Clarity is born from action— not thought. Trust that taking one small, inspired step will reveal the next. Life always supports movement. Start Your Transformation Now How often have you set goals or wanted something badly only to find that you fail over and over in achieving it? If you can say yes to the line above, you’re not alone, this is the pattern for most people and the cause is simple, people are setting goals for things that are not in their self-image. People are trying to perform at levels that are outside their self-image and subconscious identity. Many years ago I remember hearing the motivational speaker Les Brown said, “You cannot operate outside of the context of the vision you have for yourself.” Which basically means, you cannot be, do or have what you are not. In this episode I talk about: [1:24] What your self-image is and how it was created [2:21] The cycle of self-identity reinforcement [5:57] The illusion of self-image [15:53] Why you’ll never live up to your full potential [27:22] How to reverse engineer your life from the inside out [31:01] And, How nothing in your life will change until you change There’s an old Tibetan saying, “What you are on the inside is what you are on the outside.” If you want more in your life you must BE more in life. There is absolutely no escape from this concept. You must first be it in your mind before you can have it in your life. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You cannot outperform yourself! Mentioned Resources Master Thought Formula Let’s Connect: Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Start Your Transformation Now What would your life look like if you knew—without a doubt—that you were unstoppable ? In part four of the Zero Limit Person series, Jim Fortin explores the final core identity in the series: “I Am Unstoppable Power.” Building on the previous episodes that unpacked “I Am Unlimited Source,” “I Am a Supreme Being,” and “I Am Infinite Abundance,” this powerful conclusion helps listeners strip away ego, doubt, and conditioning to reclaim their inherent, unlimited power. Jim challenges the identity most people live from—one rooted in limitation, lack, and unworthiness—and replaces it with the truth of who we really are: reflections of infinite source. He dives into how our early social conditioning, false beliefs about worth, and ego attachments stop us from recognizing our true identity. Through examples, reflections, and practical insights, Jim reveals how unstoppable power isn’t something to achieve; it’s something to remember, feel, and live from. If you’re ready to stop working from desperation and start aligning with the truth of who you are, this episode is your call to return to your natural state—limitless, powerful, and free. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: The Real Reason You Feel “Stuck” (02:20) Jim breaks down how ego and early social conditioning bury our awareness of our true, unstoppable power. Why “Wanting” Blocks Manifestation (09:30) Desire comes from lack. Jim explains why recognizing your power is the key to manifesting what you want. How to Begin Living from Your True Power (14:50) It’s not about achieving more—it’s about remembering that the power already lives in you. Stop Settling and Start Aligning (19:40) Jim poses the question: If you knew you were unstoppable, would you still settle for less in life? Rewriting Your Identity Through Feeling (26:30) Learn how feeling the truth of your power—not just thinking it—is what rewires your internal state. The Morning Practice That Changes Everything (31:50) Jim shares a 5-minute daily practice to anchor your awareness in your identity as unstoppable power. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You don’t have to become unstoppable power—you already are. You are a reflection of source, of divine intelligence, of the same force that governs the universe. That means being unstoppable isn’t extraordinary—it’s natural. But it requires remembering. Strip away the layers of ego, doubt, and history that tell you otherwise. Sit with the truth: I am unstoppable power. Feel it. Live it. And let it guide every choice, every action, and every manifestation from this day forward. Start Your Transformation Now If you’re like most people you go through your days never having enough time, always playing “catch up” and wondering what you can do differently to get things done, right? If this is you, then you’re going to love this podcast episode because getting everything done that you need to is not about managing your time, it’s about prioritizing your commitments and values. When you know what you value most and what you’re committed to, it’s then easy to understand how you need to prioritize your time. If you don’t know what you’re committed to you don’t know how you’re choosing and when you don’t know how you’re choosing you’re mismanaging your time. Actually, the reason most people never have enough time is because they manage their day by time, and when you manage your day by time, you’ll never have enough time. Look at your own life and you’ll probably find that to be true. If you want to “catch up” and be productive and get things done then you must start managing your time by commitments and values. In this episode I discuss: Managing your time is no longer about the clock Whenever you manage your time by time or circumstance, you will never have enough time Prioritize your time, energy, and effort to get you to bigger long-term rewards, than chasing your tail every single day What am I committed to? Whatever you are committed to is what you want to prioritize If you don’t know what you are committed to, you don’t know how you’re choosing, then you do not know how you are investing or squandering your time Whatever you’re in the habit of, is how you invest your time What am I committed to and who do I have to BE to make it happen Listen, apply, and enjoy! Start Your Transformation Now What if you’re not just capable of abundance—but are abundance itself? In part three of the Zero Limit Person series, Jim Fortin invites listeners to challenge everything they’ve been taught about prosperity and manifestation. This episode, I Am Infinite Abundance , unpacks the powerful truth that abundance isn’t something to chase—it’s something to know, embody, and live from. Jim takes a bold stance against the noise and distraction of modern life that keeps us externally focused and disconnected from our true nature. Through clear examples and deep reflection, he explains why most people work backwards in life—believing they must "attract" abundance rather than realizing they already are it. He reveals how inner alignment with infinite source energy, not outer action, is the true key to prosperity. If you’ve ever struggled with money, worth, or success, this episode is your invitation to stop chasing and start remembering who you really are. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: You Are Infinite Abundance, Not Just a Magnet for It (02:20) Jim explains the critical difference between attracting abundance and being abundance. The Content vs. Context Distinction (05:30) Why most people fail to transform despite consuming content—and how to shift into real integration. Why Silence Is the Gateway to Abundance (08:45) Jim shares a powerful self-reflection exercise and explains why so many fear being alone with themselves. The Truth About Manifestation and Internal State (16:15) A compelling story about two massage therapists and how your being shapes your abundance—not your doing. The Universe Doesn't Judge—It Responds (30:00) Even polarizing figures like Trump channel abundance. Why? Because they identify with it. Money Is a Mirror of Your Inner Reality (35:30) Jim breaks down how fear repels abundance and why love and alignment are the true attractors. Claim Your Identity as Source (40:48) You don’t become infinite abundance—you are it. It’s time to remember. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You are not separate from abundance. You are not something broken that needs fixing. You are consciousness, divine mind, infinite source—expressing through human form. The illusion of lack is just that: an illusion. When you stop chasing and start knowing , life responds. Infinite abundance isn’t something you “get.” It’s what you are . Remember this truth, live from this truth, and everything changes. Start Your Transformation Now What if the only thing holding you back from your full potential… is the identity you’ve been taught to believe in? In part two of his “Zero Limit Person” series, Jim Fortin takes you deeper into the shift from a limited, human identity to your true nature: a supreme being. He explains the difference between deductive and inductive reasoning and how most of us operate from a framework that keeps us small. In this episode, you’ll learn how to begin identifying as a cosmic, divine being—not from ego, but from truth. Jim challenges societal and religious dogma and invites you to see beyond the conditioning you inherited by birth. He offers a liberating perspective: that you are not a nationality, a gender, or a name, but consciousness itself. When you embrace your true nature as source energy, you free yourself from fear, lack, division, and limitation. This episode is a must-listen for anyone ready to dissolve the illusion of separation and reclaim their true spiritual power. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: The Problem with Deductive Identity (02:00) Why reasoning from your “human self” limits what you think is possible for your life. How to Shift Into an Inductive Identity (04:30) Jim explains how to reframe your self-understanding by reasoning from your true, cosmic essence. The Dogma That Keeps You Small (10:00) Why cultural and religious belief systems often strip away your inner power—and what to do about it. “I Am a Supreme Being”: The Awareness to Live By (19:40) A five-word identity shift that reclaims your power and reshapes your entire life. How Division Blocks Transformation (17:30) Jim explores how religion and nationality create separation—and prevent inner evolution. The Eagle Who Thought It Was a Chicken (26:30) A powerful metaphor for why most of us live far below our true potential. What It Means to Truly Know Yourself (30:00) You’ll never think your way to freedom—Jim explains why knowing, not analyzing, is the path to awakening. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You are not your religion, your passport, your fears, or even your thoughts. You are source. You are a supreme being—consciousness itself—expressing temporarily through human form. Let go of what you’ve been taught. The moment you know —not just believe—but truly know your divine nature, you awaken from the dream of limitation. Don’t try to think your way there. Sit with this awareness. Feel it. Let it rise within you. And when it does, you will no longer just learn transformation—you will be it. Let’s Connect: Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Start Your Transformation Now Goals, for most of your life you’ve heard people talking about goals and why you should set them. In this Q&A episode I talk about goals from a few different perspectives and I talk about why I don’t personally set them. Yes, you read that right, I don’t set goals. In this episode I talk about: [6:56] Working by a “12 week year” [10:38] Why it’s important to break down goals into quarters [11:32] Why tracking is so important if you set goals [12:15] How “processing styles” can sabotage your goals [14:29] The role of habits in your goal achievement [15:23] How subconscious identity plays into your goals [26:40] Why goal setting can be detrimental, research proven [29:33] And, finally, why I personally do not set goals I really enjoyed creating this episode. This is such an overrated topic, in my opinion, and it’s one that that has been drilled into our heads since we were kids. So, I go a few different directions in this episode. If you want to set goals I talk about breaking them down. If you don’t want to set goals or you want a more healthy approach I talk about some Harvard research and my personal approach. I had fun with this episode, I hope you enjoy it. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway Break goals into 12 weeks and trackable results. Start Your Transformation Now What if everything you believe about your limitations is false? In this opening episode of a brand-new series, Jim introduces the transformational concept of becoming a “Zero Limit Person.” He challenges the identities we’ve been indoctrinated into—identities that shape how we think, act, and live—and reminds us that we are not our culture, beliefs, or even our names. We are pure energy, straight from Source, with no limits—except those we’ve been taught to believe in. Jim goes deeper by unpacking how our perceived limits are tied to our learned identity. He explains why starting from your current (limited) self will never get you to where you want to go—and instead offers a radical shift in thinking: to begin from your already unlimited nature. This isn’t about motivation or self-help hacks—it’s about fundamentally knowing yourself as cosmic, eternal, and all-powerful energy. If you’re ready to remember who you truly are and start living from your infinite potential, this is the series—and the episode—to listen to. What You’ll Discover in This Episode: What It Really Means to Be a Zero Limit Person (01:00) Jim shares the foundational shift in identity required to live without limits. The Drop of Water Metaphor That Changes Everything (06:30) You are to Source what a drop is to the ocean—separate in form, but not in essence. The Trap of Point A to Point B Thinking (13:50) Why you’ll never create true transformation by working from your current self. The Core Declaration That Will Change Your Life (16:20) Four simple words that begin the process of dissolving limitation: “I am unlimited source.” How to Reprogram Your Identity Through Repetition (23:00) Why repetition creates your reality—and how to consciously use it to transform your life. The Holographic Universe and Your Infinite Power (28:00) Understanding how even the smallest part of you reflects the all—because you are the all. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You are not your job, your culture, your body, or your name. You are Source—unlimited, cosmic energy experiencing life in physical form. The moment you know this—not just think or believe it—but truly know it, is the moment you become a Zero Limit Person. Repeat this truth daily: “I am unlimited source.” Feel it. Embody it. Start Your Transformation Now Trying to control your life? Control others? Getting into control in general? HINT: You have NO control, even if you think you do. Like it or not, your brain does all the “controlling” for you and that’s not a matter of opinion, it’s scientifically proven. Stop fighting life and stop trying to control life, it’s a waste of time and energy. In this episode I talk about: [2:02] How science proves that you have zero control over your life [6:27] How your “habits” actually control you [7:39] Why your habits are what they are [9:15] How parts of your brain work against each other [13:48] Why your emotions are stronger than your thinking [20:46] Why your habits are more important than your beliefs And, like I say over and over…much more. If you want the next 12 months to be your happiest and best ever then stop thinking about what you want and start focusing on your habits. You don’t get what you want in life, you get your habits and for the most part, CONTROL is a habit. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway You’re not in charge and you have no control, your brain is in control, not “you.” Mentioned Resources: Master Thought Formula Episode 5: Why Your Bad Habits Are So Hard To Break Let’s Connect: Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE?
