In this episode, we’ll hear from Liz Gross, CEO of Campus Sonar and Rebecca Rapp, General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer of Ascendium talk about three areas of risk where the concept of social intelligence can be another source of information when making assessments: workforce and employer reputation; overall institutional reputation or brand health; and high-publicity crises.
