What is the key measure for a company's success and what is the best method for measuring Product Market Fit? Later in the program we also talk about the Clear Giving venture which we are all involved in and the tremendous change it is bringing to the world of donations through technology. Another interesting detail that we did not get to talk about in the program - Oren is the man to thank for the direct flight - Tel Aviv > San Francisco. As an entrepreneur at heart, Oren decided that a direct flight was necessary, and got 10,000 people to sign a petition and pledge that they would fly such a route if it existed. In the end, United decided to try this much-needed route, and today the route already works on a daily basis and is considered one of the company's most profitable lines. This is a welcome initiative by Oren that connects two such significant global high-tech centers, and its contribution to the local high-tech industry is enormous. We also touch on the change that has taken place in the B2B world in recent years regarding sales processes. Since the information about the product and the company is available to everyone online, the power has passed from the seller's side, to the buyer's side. The buyer in any company is no longer the one who makes senior decisions, but the users themselves who often need one tool or another to perform their job and are able to make an independent decision. There are two schools in the B2B world: ‘Go Big or Go Home’, and the mantra that Ran believes in ‘Be Everywhere’ The same mantra has led to the fact that although the company does a lot of online marketing, it also produces conferences at a dizzying rate of close to 200 conferences a year of various kinds, and we are talking about the value it brings to the company. As always, we would love to hear feedback from you of any kind and if you enjoy, share the love - pamper the episode with five stars and share with others :) Have fun!…

Or the other time he created content which Gartner ended up copying from. Or the ultimate PR campaign that got his company 600 mentions in the top media outlets globally, and created an inflow of leads that lasted a whole year. Be warned - this is not an episode you can miss! Enjoy!…
