Before starting REALY, George was deep in the fashion industry. The team identified a lot of challenges of the industry over the years, and at the end of 2018 they decided to leverage crypto to solve some of the problems .

In this episode George shared how REALY started as a platform that issues and trades 1:1 NFT-backing physical fashion items, and how they expanded themselves to explore the digital fashion in the virtual world. As a founder who started his entrepreneurship from business in the real world, George shared his view on how the collaboration ethos in the Web3 organizations is different from that in the traditional industry.

I think this will be a useful episode among the founders who are currently doing the more traditional business but trying to explore the Web3 potentials.
