Because of Christ the price for our sins has already been paid. All we must do to fall under the law of mercy is to keep the commandments of Christ. In everything we must consider agency. If we obey a law, we will receive the blessings of that law; if we disobey a law, and do not repent, we will receive the punishment fixed by the law.
There is a final judgment and Christ, by assignment from the Father, will be our final judge. He will judge us according to our works and will assign us a kingdom of glory compatible with the laws we lived on earth. Salvation is a choice.
