Pre-pandemic, remote work was more the exception than the rule. Now it feels like we are all remote first warriors.
At this stage of the remote revolution, entire companies have been created and individuals hired with no face-to-face contact. While teams have mostly adapted well to this new reality, in our post pandemic hybrid world, questions are now being asked about the optimum way forward.
This event will examine leadership through the lens of remote work. We will look at the challenges and changes leaders have had to face, the pivots they have made in their leadership style, and the strategies required to effectively lead and engage a remote/hybrid team.
