This discussion will be on the Emotional Narratives that we have been taught to identify with as both men and women in the world and how those narratives are now changing. We are evolving into being who are whole: women are independent, successful business owners who have taken control of every aspect of their lives and men are becoming more vulnerable and opening themselves up to all emotions, specifically sadness and depression. I encourage everyone to be open with themselves and with those around them and to create supportive environments for this growth if it is not present already.
