We've been talking about the proposed constitutional amendment that would give the Utah state legislature the power to amend or repeal voter initiatives that have been passed. The amendment starts with a paragrph talking about preventing foreign money from affecting the initiative process. Why? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson wanted to get her guests' take on this issue on A Woman's View.
