As Sony and Microsoft go toe to toe with each other in the form of next gen hype with console and game reveals, it looks like Xbox is setting up for a much bigger event than their 3rd party showcase that left us all wanting more. The rumors were kicked up a notch this week when a trusted industry leaker described the event as a "night of mic drops" and even hinted that the fabled Lockhart unit, already named by the gaming community as Xbox Series S, would finally be revealed. While this little console that could is not meant to compete directly with PlayStation 5, its existence in the marketplace and its supposed price point could make holiday shopping an even more intense battleground this year. Naughty Dog's highly anticipated The Last of Us Part 2 is finally in everyone's hands, and while we did not have a chance to play before recording this episode, we do have a review round-up for this PlayStation 4 swan song and some vibes to share before we get to dive in ourselves.
