Tara Sklar, Faculty Director, Health Law & Policy Program, University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and Kathryn Huber, MD, Kaiser Permanente, discuss the prevalence of cognitive impairments as the U.S. population ages and the implications this has for the future of digital health care. They cover the legal and regulatory landscape and issues related to privacy, informed consent, coordination of care, and reimbursement.
