Today's episode I got a chance to catch up with a good friend Carlos. Carlos is a native houstonian from north Houston, who has went from consistent saturday park workouts for two years straight to eventually opening up his own personal and wellness facility. Being a young sole proprietor before 30, we got chance to talk about all the things he's had to tackle as well as acquire to be the impactful boss, trainer and leader he is.
