We sit down with Daniel Ngumy, Managing Partner at Anjarwalla & Khanna | ALN Kenya, to discuss the latest advancements in trade facilitated by the AfCFTA Agreement, the EAC trading bloc and significant developments in the region, as well as the United States and Kenya Strategic Trade and Investment Partnership.
Daniel specialises in regional and international tax law and has extensive experience in tax disputes and tax transactional matters. He is responsible for co-heading the International Trade Law Practice at the firm and also serves as a Board Member of the Kenya Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce.
