We’ll discuss the challenges of writing good, measurable, and relevant OKRs, whether it's your first time or not, how to actually do it, how to make sure they are aligned with the company goals, and much more! We'll also get an overview of how the workshop will actually work and what we are gonna get out of it - our goal is always to provide some tools and ideas you can start implementing in your work from day one after the class.
