I have a wide range of interests and experiences that inform my work with anxious, busy, overwhelmed people. I believe that self-care and community care are intrinsically linked and you cannot be a healthy person in a sick society, and so my work is truly holistic, in that we work with the body, mind, emotions, and environment to achieve healing on all levels. This work is firmly rooted in the natural world and the rhythms of nature.

My signature program, the Shen Clarity System, is the convergence of my training as an acupuncturist, an artist, a person who has struggled with anxiety, and over 20 years as a meditator.

I have been in private practice since 2013 and currently see fully vaccinated acupuncture patients at Granary Healing Arts in Great Barrington MA.

I trained in Five Element Acupuncture and completed the Masters of Acupuncture program at the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture, which consists of over 2,000 classroom and clinical hours, as well as in-depth courses in anatomy and physiology, counseling, biology, nutrition and other biomedical classes and training in complementary therapies.

I have advanced training in nutrition, health coaching, fertility, pain management, pediatrics, and full spectrum women's health
