Ashley Borden has over 40,000 hours of experience as a coach and is one of the USA's most recognised and respected personal trainers.
She has toured with Christina Aguilera been the trainer to Ryan Gosling, Mandy Moore, Rummer Willis, Jeremey Piven, Nick Swisher, UFC champ Matt Hughs and countless others. Most recently she was one of the stars of the TV show, Revenge Body with Klow Kardashian, and is an author, fitness entrepreneur and mentor to many Personal Trainers.
