Danielle Hernandez is an immigration attorney who founded and manages a boutique immigration law firm, DHV Law Group. Danielle decided to dedicate her career to helping immigrants navigate the complex U.S. immigration legal system. Danielle has over a decade of experience as an attorney and has served as an Assistant Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security where she tried hundreds of cases on behalf of the Federal Government. Danielle worked as a political analyst for the Federal Government and is passionate about public service. After landing in Tampa, Florida in 2019 and spending a few years in private practice at Shumaker, Loop, and Kendrick-Danielle caught the entrepreneurial bug and founded her own firm in Ybor City. Danielle is a proud first-generation American, and very proud of her Ecuadorian Roots. One of her superpowers is her ability to use her bilingual legal knowledge to help and communicate with her clients directly.
