Not only is she the FD at a multi-million pound company, she also runs The Zone Club ‘Gym Membership for your mind’. The Zone club offers online membership, providing motivation, confidence can achievement through courses and community. Mandy helps clients to treat their mental wellbeing like physical health, building resilience and taking care of their entire well being. Today she is going to share her top tips and advice on why looking after our wellbeing is fundamental to success.
