I’m excited to be back with you with the results of the Sizzling Summer Steak Dinner winner!
Everybody made it tough - you guys gave us some great questions and some great ideas for future video blog topics that we can give to you.
The winner is Jason Carter of Charlotte, who wins a steak dinner for two at the Palm Restaurant!
Jason wrote: “When a house is being offered as-is, does that mean more than simply the condition of the house? Is there more information to consider in that as-is blanket statement? For example, could there be outstanding liens that could pop up before closing or maybe unpaid taxes which I would be responsible for?"

If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home, give us a call or shoot us an email and let us go to work for you. Let’s talk soon!
