• Pain because of loss
  • Loss of a beloved servant
  • Loss of a beloved wife

• Grief because of sin
  • Daughter that was violated
  • Levi and Simeon
  • The rest of the gang
  • Reuben

3. Doing God’s Will Involves Blessings

• It is a blessing when God speaks to you
• It is a blessing when God protects you
• It is a blessing when God offers you assurance
• It is a blessing when God displays His patience
