God restrains sin and protects the sinner
God allows the ungodly to prosper
- The ungodly have children.
- The ungodly are successful builders.
- The ungodly enjoy pleasure and beauty.
- The ungodly are "successful" in life.
- The ungodly seemingly "prosper" as sinners.
God has a plan for the godly
- The godly acknowledge the Lord.
- The godly understand their need for the Lord.
- The godly depend on the Lord.
