Part 1 of a 3 Series with Paul Dillion, a Certified Management Consultant with more than 47 years of experience in the professional services industry and a U.S. Army Reserve Veteran who served in Vietnam as a 1st Lieutenant and was awarded 2 Bronze Star Medals. Paul is also an Adjunct Instructor at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, where he created and teaches a highly unique graduate level course entitled, “PubPol 590.04—Public Policy and Veterans”.
