In this episode of Cylinder Radio, I talk to my personal doctor Dr. Gary Shlifer. Dr. Shlifer is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician focusing on prevention, nutrition and health optimization and I’ve been meaning to have him on so we can talk about all things health.
