This podcast dives into a question every parent has heard (and maybe dreaded).
By exploring what Christmas every day would really mean, we’ll unpack how it could affect everything from our health to our happiness—and how to explain it to kids in a way that makes sense.
Here’s what you’ll discover in this episode:

- How too much of a good thing can lose its charm (yes, even presents).
- Creative ways to help kids understand the balance between joy and everyday life.
Press play now to learn why embracing the one day magic of Christmas is better for you—and your kids—than living in a year-round winter wonderland. 🎧

Dear "close dad mate"
I've just started listening to a podcast on apple podcasts for dads, which I think you might like.
It covers dad friendly topics like men's mental health, parenting, marriage, and the importance of mental health awareness and emotional intelligence for improving men's mental health.
The episodes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They're not too long, have the occasional dad joke, one liner and parody song. The host struggles with his own mental health so seems keen to want to helps others in a similar position.
