Dr. Dorsey holds a session with a DTD Academy cohort member as part of their preparation to the real world. The world expects much from those 18 and over and teaching them how to balance their life, social, responsibilities, deadlines, developing a process and growth as a person are key must variables.
Tough conversations lead to transformation and real-world impact. Youth-to-young adults need more tough conversations that will stretch their comfort, minds and actions for success.
