Dumbline is in our beloved hometown of Philadelphia in the 1990s to unpack a true crime that involves latex, murder and so much dumb it could fill a dump truck. Our offender believes he has come up with an ingenious business scheme when in fact it is so moronic you can't believe people actually invested. As investors catch on to the scam, it's already too late. Luckily, this offender's stupidity results in him leaving behind a mountain of evidence, leading to a swift arrest.
