As the crisis in recruiting permanent staff continues to bite, employers are thinking of new ways to get you back into the office and once in the office - to get you to stay there for the full five days. In this week’s episode, we look at the trend of employers tying promotions or access to new jobs or access to top tier pay rises and top bonuses, to being in the office full time or for most of the week.
