After dabbling in a new nutrition and fitness plan that is completely out of my comfort zone, I was reminded of a great quote from a fantastic book Wild & Free: "The opposite of faith isn't doubt. It's control." I'm a control freak and a devoted list-maker. When I step outside of my comfort zone, when God pushes me off my itemized checklist, I have to work to be receptive to His plans.
