Beth Bass is a true trailblazer in her own right. Her remarkable journey began at Converse, where she rose from a promotional specialist to become the National Women's Sports Director. She then made her mark at Nike as the Women's Basketball Marketing Manager before taking on the role of Executive Director and then CEO at the Women's Basketball Coaches Association. Beth's journey reached new heights when she joined Adidas as the U.S. Director of Women's Sports Marketing, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the Adidas brand across all levels of sports in the United States.
