To ask the question, 'what is house music' would deliver a response that would vary in its very nature. House has become so generic and far reaching that many interpretations can be drawn. Born in the heart of East London, Fragmented is a new event with an identity and a vision. Through carefully plucking fragments of house, Fragmented have created a platform to conduct an exciting experiment. The hypothesis is this: - Striping away all the gimmicks (lights, lazers, smoke machines etc.) + allowing only a particular sound to be played + attracting a crowd who can appreciate authentic house music = a memorable event for all. The experiment is further enhanced by our introduction of a second room to cater to the ears of those appreciative of quality music Thus, we have selected a fragment of house and a fragment of authentic hip hop to bring you Fragmented.
