Barefoot Is Legal Radio airs every Saturday! BIL Radio is hosted by Phoenix and Audrey. This week will be solo hosted by Phoenix. Barefoot is Legal is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to sharing the health benefits, giving support, & providing information for living a completely barefoot lifestyle. Most people want the freedom to go barefoot, but think going barefoot is illegal. There are zero laws about driving a car, going to a store, or eating in public barefoot. No such laws have ever existed. We share the message and freedom of choice to your body without prejudice or discrimination. Many people barefoot for health reasons, religious and spiritual reasons, cultural reasons. These are recognized as protected rights. The ADA and US Department of Justice reocgnize barefooting as a legal and legitimate accomodation and accesibility right for chronic illnesses, disabilities, and health conditions in which barefooting is needed. You do not owe anyone personal information on your medical conditions for your barefooting to be regarded as the legal accommodation and accessibility right that it is.
