In this episode I'll explore a way of viewing the body and the challenges it can have, it a way that moves beyond how we can typically think about the body and why it becomes involved in various disease states and challenges.
We'll look at the role the body plays as a means by which the self attempts to get our attention and the communications that are being conveyed. I'll discuss my experience in the effectiveness of adopting a different approach to how we view the various challenges the body experiences and how we can use them to move us into a greater understanding of ourselves and point us in the direction that will bring us the most benefit.
