Dr. Nicole LePera felt like she lived the perfect life, and yet she felt empty, stuck in the same patterns of behaviour, living on autopilot. Over many years of self-reflection and professional training, she has learned to live more consciously. Consciousness in everything we do, from eating to sleeping, can help us as single parents to heal ourselves and to show up in the best possible way for our children.
