As an operator, Josh was the CEO and Co-Founder of Verdeo Group, a leading clean energy project developer backed by Black River Asset Management and Wolfensohn & Company before its acquisition by Sindicatum Sustainable Resources.

Josh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
