We are joined by Trent Anderson in this episode of GoVertical. Trent has the unique position of helping run the family business that his dad founded while also starting a new roofing business. He is able to bring in a lot of perspective about running a business with family, helping to grow an established company, and also starting something from scratch. Trent is also very goal oritented and he breaks down his system for setting and tracking goals to make sure that their growth is on track.
