Emerging during the transition from the late 1980s to the early 1990s, he initially delved into Electronic Body Music, New Beat, and Dark Pop genres. Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Kolnizer seamlessly integrated techno and electro into his repertoire, broadening his sonic palette while staying true to his underground and electronic roots. His DJ sets and productions have consistently reflected his dedication to pushing the boundaries of sound within these genres. Drawing inspiration from an eclectic range of musical influences, Kolnizer's music is infused with the spirit of New Beat, Chicago House, Acid, Detroit techno, Electronic Body Music, and New Wave. His creative vision has been shaped by the works of luminaries such as Jeff Mills, Antony Rother, and many others. In the present day, Kolnizer continues to evolve as an artist, now also delving into techno composition. His sound is a reflection of both his past influences and current inspirations, with contemporary artists like Marcel Dettmann and DJ Hell playing a significant role in shaping his musical direction.
