In this episode, Jess shares the power of creating a personalized document that expresses a blend of affirmations, a prayer and declarations. It’s important that it’s written from your heart and Soul - it needs to be felt in your heart in order to be effective. There are no real rules in this process; whatever form or forms resonate with you will be the best approach. Once you write it down, why not record it?
