15 years ago Kelly lost her partner in the Boxing Day Tsunami in Asia. After years of enduring Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, and with the help of a brilliant therapist, Kelly has been able to recover and renew herself. Kelly now leads a full and active life as a mother, an advocate for mental health and a trained life coach.
In this episode Kelly tells the story of her heroic journey and what she has learned as she has moved through the dark back into the light.
