Manfred Mann, grupo londinense de Rhythm and Blues, metían temas pop en sus singles… y el tercero se convirtió en la sintonía del programa de televisión ‘Ready Steady Go’. Brian Poole & The Tremeloes, de Londres, publican su octavo single repitiendo la misma fórmula de los anteriores. Bern Eliott & The Fenmen, de Kent, editan su único EP de cuatro canciones. The Applejacks, grupo de Solihull, en Birminghan, publican su primer single. Los Dave Clark Five editan su séptimo single. Los Hollies, de Manchester, publican sus cuarto y quinto singles con espectaculares trabajos vocales. Freddie & The Dreamers, tambien de Manchester, editan su tercer EP ‘You Were Made For Me’. The Mark Four, grupo de Cheshunt, área de Londres, publican el primero de sus cuatro singles (luego se convertirían en The Creation). A Band Of Angels, de Harrow, también en el área de Londres, editan también el primero de sus cuatro singles. Aparece el primer single de la nueva cantante escocesa Lulu con su grupo The Luvvers. Peter & Gordon, el dúo lánguido de Peter Asher, hermano de Jane Asher, la novia de Paul McCartney, publican su primer single con un tema del cuñao. ¿Enchufe?... ¿Nepotismo?... ¿Ultimátum?... The Redcaps, de Walsall, junto a Birminghan, editan su tercer y último single. David John & The Mood, de Preston, publican el primero de sus tres singles.
