Following the pandemic, we have seen development and drive from forward-thinking insurers and InsurTechs to offer new and innovative insurance services to customers; partnership is being embraced, embedded insurance (finance) is on everyone's lips, new insurance models are being tested and adopted and products are being designed from the scratch with the customer at the center of it all.
