For the April edition of A Slice of Life Jack is joined by health and wellness coach Steve Denby, who has over 25 years of experience in his field. Jack met Steve through work on an outdoor day retreat, and since then has started having regular mindset holistic coaching, which has been a great addition to his healing journey. During the episode Steve gives an insight into his identity, and how events throughout his childhood led to him embarking on a path of self discovery. Steve was adopted as a child, which led to him struggling to understand where he came from, and who he was. From working as a personal trainer, to coaching those from underprivileged backgrounds, Steve has had an incredible and inspiring journey so far, which is only just beginning.
