Many people dream of building machines and working in the machine industry, but few people have what it takes to build things that will be mass-produced and used by many people in their everyday lives. Jared Eck is an example of someone who not only has what it takes to build such machines, but who enjoys it. Currently working as a mechanical engineer designing machines that help produce vehicle parts for assembly lines, Eck was drawn to the field by his interest in machining, which allows him to do handwork.
