Come journey with the Mother Earth and the Natural Realm and meet the trees, flowers, insects, wild animals and birds. The journey will take you through to a forest, where you will journey with a tree down into the bottom of the grass. You will be attended to the tree roots and receive strong healing from the roots.
You will come out of the meditation attuned to the natural realm and have a wonderful understanding of how the natural Realm communicate and help each other.
There will be some big shifts within you and a greater relationship with Mother Earth and the natural Realm
