Curious how the eclipse confirmed my belief in B minus work?
The day after coming home late from seeing the eclipse, I went for a run.
I was totally drained, wasn't feeling it. But, I kept going.
I looked at my watch and my pace was at 9:30 min/mile, which is about a full minute faster than my usual slow running pace.
Even though that day I was just showing up, wasn't pushing hard...
I was still making steady and marked improvements in my results.
