Cathy is a certified Intuitive Coach, E-500 RYT Yoga Instructor (200 hr from American Power Yoga & 300 hr from Laughing Lotus NYC), and a Yoga Nidra Bliss teacher training director.
She also studied and is certified in Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga, Yoga & Social Equity, Energy and Subtle Body, & Yoga Nidra. And she is a Usui Reiki Master.
She is the founder and driving force behind Coaching & Yoga avec Cathy, a transformative business aimed at helping women unlock their true potential and discover a life filled with purpose and abundance.
