Therapy just might be for everyone and we learned that especially on this week's episode with our special guest and psychotherapist Carol Hayman. We began this episode with our fancy new microphones by sharing our special week at home together throughout our "lights" of this week (along with a very vulnerable announcement from Lauryn). We then brought Carol on to talk all about her life's work. She first shares how she is connect to us. We then talked about got into therapy as a career, what she's learned from her clients through the years, and how mental health has been affected by the pandemic.
